Steps to create this image:

Step 1:

I used the idroper tool to select colours from the image of the notes in the corner.

Step 2; After selecting the colour i wanted, i used the magic tool brush to select a section of the image, e.g the table.

Step 3: I used the bucket tool to fill in the space i selected with the colour i chose. And i did this repeatedly to create the final picture.

This matches my theme, which is expensive, because i used the different colours of the British notes to make the fruits and background bounce off of each other. 

Its good because the colours compliment each other and the image is attractive. In hindsight the image suggest that the theme is more pastel than expensive.
