Guardians of the Galaxy

The conventions of the movie are that it is set in the future, and they have special effects such as Groot is dressed as a tree and Gamora is a green beautiful creature. The side effects they have you are fantastic the way Groot walks and talk he's a walking tree also his little Rocket Raccoon is a talking animal that is really small and violent.The narrative elements of the movie is the theme: the movie is about  Brash space adventurer Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) finds himself the quarry of relentless bounty hunters after he steals an orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain. To evade Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with four disparate misfits: gun-toting Rocket Raccoon, treelike-humanoid Groot, enigmatic Gamora, and vengeance-driven Drax the Destroyer. But when he discovers the orb's true power and the cosmic threat it poses, Quill must rally his ragtag group to save the universe.- google. Also the characters have there own personal features e.g. Groot is a tree, Gamora is a Goddess. The setting is a physial content as they have to fight the bad guy in order to become the new Guardians of the Galaxy. 

I think the age of the audience this movie is aimed at is 5-15 as its a children's fictional type movie also the action in there is not gory but funny and it will attract the eyes of youngsters.
